Les Antiques (formerly cuvée Léon Blanc) is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Chardonnay . The vines are grown on clay-silty soils and rolled pebbles. After the manual harvest, the pressing is carried out in whole bunches and by plots. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and malolactic fermentation is not practiced to preserve freshness. The aging lasts 6 months on fine lees with stirring.
