This vintage Champagne is aged 13 years on its lees before disgorgement. With its gold almost amber colour, it is a rich, vinous and complex wine. The bouquet reveals notes of dried apricots, toasted almonds and along with hints of honey. The palate is broad and textured with elegant minerality and freshness. A perfect food wine.
