A blend of Syrah (45%), Gamay (35%) and the indigenous Fer Servadou, also called Mansois (20%), this organic fragrant stunner is lively and vibrant with such an explosion of fresh juicy fruits, youthful berries, cherries and a lick of peppery spice.
Unoaked to enhance its fruit purity, it's well rounded and succulent, harmonious with a long finish. Very appealing and gorgeous.
This wine is produced from vines planted at high altitude in the wild region of Aveyron, in the South West of France, near Millau, where has been produced there for centuries and aged in the natural underground cellars.
