This pepper mill was designed with chef Olivier Roellinger from Maisons de Bricourt in Brittany, and it is inspired by the historic Peugeot pepper mill with a traditional handlke and a drawer. The crank and drawer handles of this pepper mill are designed after boat winches – a salute to Roellinger's personal passion for sailing.
Grind pepper directly over food or into the drawer, which is hollowed to ensure every bit of the ground pepper is accessible. Use only black, white or mixed peppercorns. It is not suitable for green or pink peppercorns. Do not place salt or other spices in the pepper mill. This pepper mill is made from a solid block of beech wood. Wipe the mill with a soft dry cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher.
