A blend of 66% Tannat,17 % Cabernet Franc and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon. This Tannat rich wine had a 4-5 week maceration period creating a strong yet harmonious and elegant wine. Full-bodied on the palate, this wine beautifully displays rich black fruit balanced perfectly with the supple tannins. Great match for beef or game.
