The grapes for this 'Harmonie' cuvée come from the Grand Chemarin and Chêne Marchand parcels situated close to the village of Bué. The vines are over 50 year old. This wine is aged 18 months for 1/3 in wooden vats and 2/3 in new barrels as well as one-year barrels and 'demi-muids' (large barrels). It displays pear, quince and ripe citrus fruit flavours. Full bodied and fleshy wine with an elegant minerality.
