An atypical wine for the Marmandais region. As Elian explains "This wine is an heritage from my time spent working in Alsace". Aromas are very expressive with complex quince and floral notes. Wonderful firm structure and truly elegant balance.
Élian da Ros put down roots in the village of Cocumont and aimed high to create his own wines from the Côtes du Marmandais. It required ingenuity, bravery and obstinate determination.
