From a plot planted in the 1950’s at the northern end of Puligny-Montrachet. A very distinguished wine and superbly textured. Broad on the palate and inviting minerality. Intensely long finish.
Caroline Morey has spent all her life in Chassagne-Montrachet and she has a strong and intimate knowledge about the terroir, the vineyards, the people, and above all she is a razor-sharp winemaker. Her wines vibrate with energy, and, essentially, they ooze class.
