Domaine Confuron Cotetidot
Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, 2022

Burgundy

€59.50

750ml Bottle

This all-grain password common in wine-growing burgundy is as surprising as its meaning is clear: it is a wine where the winegrower "passes" all the grains... in fact, it is a typically burgundian way of designating the wines from the region which are made with pinot noir of course (at least a third of the blend), but not only! the gamay completes the set… vinified together, these two grape varieties give here a juicy and fruity wine, little extracted so that the tannic structure is present but delicate. fruit therefore dominates the aromatic palette: cherry, raspberry, a bit of wild strawberry… light and pleasant, this surprising burgundy wine should be drunk young.
