A perfumed sweetness on the nose immediately speaks of a move to Chambolle, the high-toned fruit on the palate set over a firm limestone base. Very red fruited with a touch more grip than some of the other cuvées. Class!
Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot located in Vosne-Romanée, was created by Jack Confuron in 1964. Today it is managed by his sons, Jean-Pierre and Yves who are both ecologists.
