Élian da Ros has been farming organically with fanatic dedication since 2000. Élian selects only the ripest grapes of 40% Cabernet Franc - 40% Abouriou (a local variety) - 20% Merlot . Notes of violets and prunes on the nose . The palate is loaded with fresh black fruits, cherries. Lovely suave finish. “Le Vin est une Fête” is our irresistible favourite.
Élian da Ros put down roots in the village of Cocumont and aimed high to create his own wines from the Côtes du Marmandais. It required ingenuity, bravery and obstinate determination.
